Mercedes sales more 22%
Global sales of Mercedes-Benz had a 22% growth in last August, accounting for about 81 000 vehicles sold.
Since the beginning of this year, the German brand sold a total of 735,400 vehicles, 16% more than the same period in 2009.
According to the manufacturer, the growth seen in August is supported by good business performance in three main markets for Mercedes-Benz: Germany (17%), USA (10%) and China (113%).
The E-Class includes a list of most wanted models of Mercedes-Benz in the world, having recorded a sales increase of about 38%.Sunday, August 22, 2010

The C Class is a line of compact Mercedes models. It is offered in sedan, coupe and touring version.
Was introduced in the world market in 1993 as a replacement for the 190, the Mercedes C-Class was nicknamed the "Baby Benz" as it was the smallest model of the brand, until the arrival of the A Class in 1997. The first W202 C-Class sedan was produced on June 1, 1993, the second generation W203 C-Class rolled off the assembly line on July 18, 2000. The third generation W204 C-Class was launched in 2007.
